This quarters’ issue is topic, Controversy, is not designed to get your adrenaline going, but rather illuminate the misunderstood (Polyamory), criminal (Grand Larceny), cultural (Pumpkin Spice Latte), historic (Phooey Dewey) and manufactured (College Behind Bars). This being a double issue we encourage you to meander with the content. We ask you to consider narrative structure, and how holding the paper in your hand atypically brings a physical component to illustrating both topics.” (Page 29, Issue 009, The Moment)

This collaboration was designed alongside Jennifer Elsner, the leading art director and editor for The Moment. Our time together throughout the 009 Issue, Look Back, was a chance for me to step into a more speculative practice of design. Page layout and imagery was chosen with carefully thought intention and distributed to members at Boketto Wellness, a local Richmond space for supporting your whole body and well-being.
